It's free and it's a fairly quick and painless process. Go to the Flash Plugin page >> DECOMPRESSION When you download software from BrainOrmous.com, it is compressed in a zip file. If you can't open the zip file by doubleclicking it, then you need an application to decompress the zip file. The following applications can be used to decompress zip files. Make sure once you open the zip file, that you drag the files inside the zip to your desktop or a folder of your choosing. If you try to run the files from within the .zip file, they'll not function properly.
